3. Limitation of Liability and AI Usage

A. General Use: In no event will JEK Labs, or its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

B. AI Solutions: Given the probabilistic nature of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models, JEK Labs cannot guarantee the absolute factual accuracy or predictability of generative AI responses. Clients using our custom AI integrations or chatbots accept responsibility for the human-in-the-loop review processes and acknowledge that JEK Labs limits liability for any hallucinations, inaccurate advice, or output generated by an AI agent built on our infrastructure.

4. Client Projects and Service Fulfillment

All structured development, consulting, and SaaS implementation services require a separate master services agreement (MSA) or statement of work (SOW) which will supersede these general terms regarding deliverable timelines, bug fixes, and specific uptime SLAs.
